If you are wine professional, enthusiasts or simply curious, every day in Piazza Aldo Moro, which has been called “Piazza del Vino” for the occasion, from 8.00 pm to midnight, you will have the chance to meet the most important Apulian producers to taste quality wines, like those of Duca Carlo Guarini. You can taste Boemondo, Malìa and Natìvo, that has just won the gold medal at the Internazionaler Bioweinpreis 2017 , the International Organic Wine Competition, or Piccolebolle, the first sparkling wine from Negroamaro entirely produced with Martinotti method in the Cellar Duca Carlo Guarini and Taersìa from negroamaro vinified in white. On August 2, the appointment is with “ Le cene in villa “ in Villa Tamborino” at 9.00 pm, to taste our wines matched with the dishes offered by the restaurant La Piazza di Poggiardo, with Stefano in the kitchen and his wife Kleida as sommelier: there will be Piccolebolle, Taersìa and the rosé Campo di Mare (dinner cost 35 €). Finally, on August 5, at 9.30 pm, at the entrance hall of Liceo Capece for “Vino e Cucina” in the evening “Wine and Art: when the label tells about the wine and the choice begins looking at it “, with Sara Latagliata chef of Nobili Pasticci, the wine lover Giovanni Resta and the journalist Mariella Piscopo: an original path to taste using all your senses (cost 20 €).
