There will also be our Piccolebolle, sparkling wine obtained by the innovative vinification of Negroamaro according to the Martinotti method, at the TakItaly Puglia, the Symposium on Sparkling wines, dedicated to the Apulian productions and the comparison with the excellence of other regions,organized by Vinoway Italia, under the patronage of the Apulian Department of the Agricultural Resources in collaboration with AIS Puglia. On 12 December 2016 at 3.00 pm, at the Palace Hotel in Bari, during the symposium moderated by journalist Alessandra Lofino, the issues and weaknesses of the Italian sparkling wine will also be analyzed. Afterwards, at 5.30 pm , there will be blind tastings of the sparkling wines submitted by 30 selected companies, guided by renowned sommelier and international wine taster Alessandro Scorsone and by David Gangi, President of Vinoway Italia. The AIS Puglia sommeliers will provide tastings for an audience of 140 guests: winemakers, restaurateurs, wine sellers, institutions and a limited number of 50 wine enthusiasts.
