Normalmente la quinoa che si trova in commercio \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stata trattata in modo da eliminare le saponine, ma per sicurezza, quasi sempre si consiglia di tenerla in ammollo, cambiando l\u2019acqua diverse volte e sciacquarla.<\/p>\n<p>Per i tempi di cottura, regolati in base a quando i semini cominceranno a germogliare nell\u2019acqua in ebollizione.<\/p>\n<p>Scolala e lascia raffreddare<\/p>\n<p>Grattugia il parmigiano aggiungilo alla quinoa, insieme all\u2019origano. Incorpora l\u2019uovo.<\/p>\n<p>Se la consistenza dell\u2019impasto fosse troppo morbida puoi aggiungere un po\u2019 di amido o pangrattato.<\/p>\n<p>Distribuisci il composto in una teglia leggermente unta, livellalo con le mani e affondaci le olive e i pomodorini.
