Aggiungi l\u2019olio e l\u2019acqua e lavora fino ad ottenere un impasto sodo.<\/p>\n<p>Suddividilo in due porzioni, stendile alo spessore di un cm circa e sistema la prima sul fondo di una padella sporcata d\u2019olio e ricoprila con il tonno sfilettato, i pomodorini e il parmigiano grattugiato. Copri con l\u2019altro disco di pasta, sigilla bene i bordi e cuoci a fiamma media, coperto, per 4 minuti.
