Nel frattempo, pela le barbabietole, tagliane 3 a cubotti e l\u2019ultima \u00e0 la julienne. Aggiungi nella pentola il brodo granulare, le rape, i crauti con i loro liquido di conservazione, i pomodori e il finocchietto.<br \/>\nCopri d\u2019acqua e lascia sobbollire per 30 minuti.
