The onions and apples are cooked with spices and herbs and transformed into creams. The original recipe is completed by orange juice and the excellent orange citrus extra virgin olive oil, obtained with a particular method in the company oil mill with own oranges. The onion and green apple cream can be used to prepare delicate canapés or to accompany seafood in appetizers. It goes well with aged cheeses and gives a particular taste to salads.
