The olives are harvested, carefully selected and placed to sweeten in water and salt. After a few months of natural maturation, they are transformed into cream and flavored with the excellent extra virgin olive oil L’Agrumato al mandarino, obtained with a particular method in the company oil mill with its own mandarins. The recipe is then completed by the wise use of local aromatic herbs. The product can be used to prepare delicate canapes in appetizers or to dress pasta, alone or to give more flavor to sauces. It can successfully accompany boiled meat or fish.
