Tradition and innovation are fully expressed in this sparkling wine made from Negroamaro vinified as a rosé, classic method, zero dosage. The evolution of and research into rosé vinification have given rise to this elegant and structured wine which, thanks to its 48 months on the lees, makes a further contribution to the enhancement of a grape variety with great potential such as Negroamaro.
Like the other wines of the 900 Line, created to celebrate 900 years since Accardo Guarini, Count of Valesio, cultivated his vineyard on the Pìutri Estate, the 900 rosé sparkling wine is a direct, uncompromising wine that does not follow current trends and is not meant to be a commercial wine.
It is a complex wine that aims to enhance the potential of the grape and give great satisfaction to those who drink it.
