This wine celebrates the years that have passed since Accardo Guarini, Count of Valesio, in 1114 cultivated his vineyard on the Pìutri estate, as documented in a coeval parchment. Made from carefully selected grapes and harvested in the second week of September, it is vinified in ancient cisterns dug into the cement-plastered cellar floor equipped with temperature control to improve fermentation temperatures.
A long-lived, rich and intense wine, it best expresses the particular aromas of the ancient and rare grape both in terms of smell and taste.
