Like all of our wines, it comes from the care and love for our land, respect for the environment and the consumer, thanks to a specific cultivation technique in the field and excellent work in the cellar.
Produced with the Martinotti method, it is made sparkling in the cellar in Scorrano.
After a selection of perfectly healthy grapes with the right acidity, the sparkling base is prepared after a brief contact with the skins, followed by pressing and the start of fermentation at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation is done during the year, using the product of only one vintage.
