Our wines are the expression of the land and hard work of men and women, protecting the wine heritage of Salento, the one of Negroamaro, Primitivo and Black Malvasia Nera. They are obtained from native grapes of Salento, vinified in red, rosé and white. They are made with competence and honesty, respecting the environment and consumers.


From puree of fresh red and yellow tomatoes, to preserves of artichokes, olives, peppers, sun dried tomatoes, onions and wild apples; from legumes to artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes to marinated chilly pepper, to pear, white grapes and sweet potatoes jam. We pick up the vegetables in their season and we work them right away to turn them into rich and tasty recipes.


The olive trees are part of our heritage for over 900 years: they are ancient trees of Cellina Scorranese and Ogliarola varieties. In mid-October we pick the olives and immediately transform them in our mill at cold. Our extra- virgin olive oil has a golden yellow color and a unique taste, with a good balance between bitterness and spiciness. Our Agrumati, lemon, orange and tangerine flavored olive oils are the secret dressing of your most creative recipes.


New wines to discover, an interesting tour of the historic cellar and the underground oil mill dating back to the Sixteenth century: this and more awaits you at Duca Carlo Guarini in Scorrano, when you book a tasting. In winter, in the vaulted rooms with fireplace, in summer under the colonnade of the old pergola, you can choose the wines to taste, our extra virgin and Agrumati, flavored olive oils, delicious preserves and marinated vegetables of the food line Le Masserie del Duca. For groups of at least ten people we can organize tastings of wines, oil and typical food, prepared exclusively for you with our own products. Ask for availability in the days you prefer to
